Seven ingredients you will need:

  • Avocado
  • Garlic powder
  • Lime
  • Salt
  • Greek yogurt plain
  • Spoon
  • Medium-sized Bowl

Directions:

  1. Cut avocado in half. Remove the pit.
  2. Take the spoon and scrape out the insides.
  3. Mash the insides in the bowl until it forms a paste.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice into the mixture
  5. Add a 1 tablespoon of garlic and a dash of salt
  6. Add 2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt
  7. Mix all together
  8. Pull out the chips and get to dipping in!

  1. Scoop 1/2 cup coconut oil and 1/2 cup shea butter into the pan

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 big bowls
  • 9×30″ pan
  • Grease

Directions:

  1. Turn oven on 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Cut avocado in half and remove the pit, dump insides into the bowl
  3. Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in the big mixing bowl
  4. Blend avocado, milk, vanilla extract, and water into the other big mixing bowl
  5. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture
  6. Mix until smooth
  7. Grease pan, pour the mixture into the pan
  8. Bake for 35-45 minutes
  9. Once done take out of the oven
  10. Let cool then cut them up and enjoy!
