- 3/4 Cup Organic Brown Sugar (packed)
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- 2,1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour (see recipe notes for GF option)
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1,1/4 Cups Vegan Chocolate Chips
