10 Amazing Restaurants In Westlake Village, CA
California is home to some great food places and it can be hard to choose where to go sometimes. If you’re ever in the area, here are 10 restaurants in Westlake Village, CA you should absolutely visit.
These are not ranked, just 10 places that are all equally amazing
The Stonehaus
This local wine bar/eatery/café has become the Westlake village hot spot. Whether you just finished a long bike ride and need a pit-stop on the way home, a first date to go wine tasting, or just really craving some avocado toast and a nice latte, this is the place to be. Nestled in the back of the Westlake Village Inn, it has a beautiful atmosphere filled with aesthetic photo locations for that perfect foody Instagram.
Finney’s Crafthouse
Next up is Finney’s Crafthouse, a cozy gastropub that makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the doors. If you go to Finney’s, you have to sit outside on one of the fire pits. It creates such a comforting environment that makes you never want to leave. Oh, and if you are like me and love a good plate of chicken and waffles, look no further than on their appetizer menu for some of the best chicken and waffle bites west of the Mississippi.
Joi Café
Now if you are more into the vegan scene, (who isn’t nowadays if you live in California) your first stop for a fantastic meal should be Joi Café. Sadly I have not gotten the chance to eat here yet, but if it is any consolation, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are huge fans which means you should be too. (pictured down below pre-break ☹)

Next up is a personal favorite of mine, Bangkok Avenue Thai. If you have been searching for the best pad Thai and garlic green bean chicken, look no further. Once you take a bite your life will be changed for the better and you will forever be thanking me.
Tuscany Il Ristorante
If you are a big Italian food fan, then Tuscany Il Ristorante is the spot for you. More of an upscale restaurant, Tuscany is known for their delicious pasta and chicken dishes and a great spot for a romantic evening or nice family gathering.
Badass Tacos
If you are balling on a budget but still looking for something tasty, look no further than Badass Tacos. This local taco joint used to only be open on certain days of the week when it used the kitchen of a meat locker when that closed for the day. Within recent years it finally received its own location and has been killing it ever since. You can’t go wrong with some carnitas tacos from here.
Mouthful Eatery
Right across the street from Badass Tacos is Mouthful Eatery, a Peruvian inspired restaurant known for their delicious sandwiches stuffed full of french fries. This is a great place for a lunch with friends or a nice takeout meal with some Netflix waiting for you at home.
Cici’s
If you are in the mood for some delectable pancakes and super sweet French toast, Cici’s is your place. We were very excited to have a new option for breakfast restaurants in Westlake Village, CA, and had high hopes. They were most definitely met. Their list of pancakes I think has a minimum of 50 different types of pancakes. Like are you kidding me?!?! And each more delicious than the one before.
East Coast Bagels
Coming in next is the one and only East Coast bagels. A true staple in Westlake, a place where you can run into a minimum of 3 people throughout the duration of your time there and you are never left unfulfilled (from delicious bagel sandwiches). Just watch out for 8:00 am on Wednesday mornings unless you want to wait in a 40-minute line full of hungry high schoolers. No thank you.
In-N-Out
Finally, to top it off is, of course, In-N-Out. Yes, I am aware that you can get In-N-Out most anywhere on the west coast and in Texas and Arizona, but if there was going to be a list about amazing restaurants in Westlake Village, CA, there was no chance I was leaving this one off the menu. Go get yourself a double-double with their homemade lemonade and sit back and relax.
