Located on the corner of Iowa street, Zacatecas Cafe is home to some of the best Mexican food in the Inland Empire. Serving up an authentic fare of tacos, enchiladas, and more, Zacatecas is a family owned business, run by the same family for over 40 years. Their fresh salsa and homey decor feel as if your sitting in their family kitchen.

Be sure to come here with an empty stomach as their portion sizes are quite large. For my fellow vegetarians I recommend their veggie sandwich, made with toasted squaw brand and yummy hummus spread.
