The bustling city of Atlanta is home to many things, one of them being the wealth of amazing food to eat. Atlanta offers its hungry inhabitants choices sure to please everyone, from the extremely picky to the most adventurous eater. Here are 10 places sure to not disappoint.

1. American Cut Steakhouse

American Cut is a steak lover’s dream. The newest addition to the famous and luxury chain, American Cut in Atlanta offers amazing food in an amazing location.

This multi-level steakhouse is situated in the middle of Buckhead and features a rooftop patio with incredible views of the city.

The menu is created by The Next Iron Chef winner, Marc Forgione. Although most come here for the steak, the chili lobster is also a can’t miss.

2. Rumi’s Kitchen

Rumi’s kitchen is located in Sandy Springs and offers some of the best Persian food in the Atlanta area. The amazing food is paired with some great wine and an even greater atmosphere.

The most try items on the menu include the yogurt trio, the mirza ghasemi, and any of their signature kabobs. Their traditional bread spread pairs great with any item on the menu and creates an authentic dining experience for all.

3. Sushi Hayakawa

Sushi Hayakawa is located on Buford Highway in Atlanta. The amazing food is due to the fact that all of the fish is fresh from Japan.

This traditional Japanese restaurant has your basic sushi offerings, but also offers an exclusive Honkaku Omakase 14-course personal meal that is limited to just two people each night.

4. Aria

Aria is a bar and lounge serving up amazing food in the heart of Buckhead. The best sellers include braised pork, lump crab cakes, butter braised lobster and the filet mignon.

The newly redesigned restaurant also includes a large stock of drinks available to diners as well as a secret wine cellar table.

5. Shake Shack

Shake Shack is in Buckhead, right next to American Cut. Shake Shack offers a classic menu of hot dogs, burgers, fries, and frozen custard.

What makes this food really amazing is the secret shack sauce that is slathered on its burgers and other entrees. Shake Shack is one of the most affordable restaurants to eat in Atlanta and offers rooftop dining overlooking the city of Buckhead.

Many people bring their dogs along for the experience, and if they are lucky they get to eat Shake Shack’s signature Pooch-ini.

6. Miller Union

Miller Union offers some of the best southern food in Atlanta. The baked farm egg in celery cream, vegetable plate and ice cream sandwiches are sure to be a hit with anyone you bring along.

7. Ladybird Grove and Mess Hall

Ladybird is located on the beltline in Atlanta and offers up a campfire and lodge theme to pair with its amazing food.

The menu changes daily, but some can’t-miss ‘provisions’ include the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and the picnic basket that is full of meat, cheese, pickles and jam.

8. Savage Pizza

Savage Pizza is in Little 5 Points and its location and waitstaff offer up an edgy vibe. The restaurant is decorated in a comic book theme that will be sure to awaken the nerd in you.

Their great signature pizzas, as well as their create-your-own pizzas and calzones, subs, salads and breadsticks will make any person happy.

9. The Vortex

Right next to Savage Pizza in Little Five Points lies The Vortex. An over 21 establishment, The Vortex offers up amazing food and a grungy and too-cool-for-you vibe.

Known for their ‘Coronary Bypass’ burgers, they serve up giant, greasy sandwiches bigger than your head.

10. Chai Pani

Chai Pani is one of the best Indian restaurants in the Atlanta area. Located in Decatur, the chef serves up unique dishes daily.

Some of the must-haves on the menu include the kale pakoras, butter chicken, and the Malabar chicklen curry.
