Ingredients
Directions
1. Start by melting chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. You can do this my initially microwaving for 1 minute. Then microwave for bursts of 15 seconds stirring in between each heating process once all chocolate and butter are melted. In a separate bowl beat the brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until all mixed together. Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture into the egg and sugar mix till well combined. Add all the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until well combined. Make sure to scrape the sides.
2. Cover the bowl with plastic and let sit in the fridge for about 2 hours. If too firm let it cool down on a counter until it is able to be scooped.
3. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place a baking sheet on a cookie tray or spray the tray with non-stick oil. Using a spoon scoop out a small mound of cookie dough and place them two inches apart on the cookie tray. (Fits about 8 cookies)
4. Flatten the cookie dough then bake for around 10 minutes. After 10 minutes take the cookies out and place a piece of dark chocolate on top pressing down so it sinks into the cookie. On top of that place a halved marshmallow.
5. Put the tray back into the oven for about 5 more minutes or until the marshmallow puffs up. Take the tray out and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
