I think something we can all agree on is that the natural beauty of our planet is truly unbelievable. No matter where you venture off to, you’re sure to find something worthwhile. Especially when it comes to the world’s beaches, there’s nothing more stunning. All of the amazing beaches on this list are so beautiful that you’ll have a hard time believing they really exist!
This stunning three-mile-long beach looks like it came straight out of a dream. The small island of Boracay is known for its pristine beaches and resorts and the White Beach is one of it’s most popular beaches. This beautiful place is perfect for swimming and snorkeling because of it’s flat and calm waters, leaving you happily floating for hours. Mark this beach down on your bucket list because it’s a must-see!
If you’re confused by the layout of this next beach, let me explain. That huge pile of sand next to the stunning sea is actually one large sand dune, Europe’s largest to be exact. This beach is about one hour outside of Bordeaux, and the sand can peak as tall as 300 feet. Slide down one side to take a walk along the beach, or roll down the other side into the beautiful forest. This beach would be super cool to explore not just because of the sand dune, but because of the stunning french scenery as well!
Sat along the Na Pali coast of Kauai in Hawaii, this stunning beach is harder to get to than you might think. The only way to reach the beach is by water, meaning you’ll need a boat or have to swim a slight distance from a neighboring beach. But seeing these stunning cliffs and clear blue waters in person would be amazing and truly unforgettable. Land that’s mostly untouched by humans usually holds the most beauty, and it’s clear why!
In the town of Ölüdeniz in Turkey, white sand and bright blue water is nothing new. Home to the beautiful Blue Lagoon, anyone can find ultimate relaxation here. The calm, turquoise waters draw in many visitors each year and anyone could see why. This resort village is also a great spot for paragliding and water sports, and the secluded bay is perfect for relaxing at an outdoor cafe or taking a nice stroll along the water.
The next stunning beach on this list looks truly out of this world. From the crystal clear water to the stunning white sand to the gigantic boulders, this might just be the world’s most beautiful beach. A coral reef shelters it, hence the calm and shallow waters. This beach (and the island in general) is perfect for the adventure seeker or anyone who loves exploring new places! This location is also very popular for commercial shoots, and it’s clear why. So, if you ever happen to be in beautiful Seychelles, you simply have to visit this beach.
Somewhere in the beautiful country of Ireland lies a place called Keem Bay. Hidden in the cliffs of Achill Island, this scenic beach does not disappoint. It’s not very well known and is usually crowd-free, almost like a hidden gem. It doesn’t get much more beautiful than clear blue waters and mountainous peaks, plus being able to enjoy them in solitude. This beach is the perfect mix of countryside and tropical getaway and I’m dying to visit one day.
Not only is this next beach beautiful, but it’s also home to pink flamingos! Yes, you heard me right, these pink flamingos call a tiny island off of Aruba home, but also will migrate to neighboring islands from time to time. Not only are these birds amazing to look at, but you can also feed them! The bright blue water, pure white sand, and the pretty pink flamingos are certainly a sight to see and make this beach a popular one.
I’ve always wanted to go to Australia, but now I want to go even more. This four-mile-long stretch of beach in Whitsundays, Australia is simply spectacular, from its crystal sands to the water in every shade of blue imaginable. This beach is full of lagoons and inlets, making it perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or boating. In fact, it’s mostly reached by boat, so if you’re looking to soak up some sun on this beautiful island, you’ll need to figure out your transportation!
What’s more romantic in this world than a pink sand beach? If you ask me, not much. This stunning beach in Bermuda is certainly no secret, for it’s a very well known beach on the island. Named after the curved horseshoe shape of the land, this beach lies on the main island’s south coast and is popular because of its rose-tinted sand. This coloring comes from a mixture of crushed coral and a tiny organism called Foraminifera that grow beneath the coral reefs. If you have dreams to see a pink beach for yourself one day, this beach is certainly a great one to check out!
Our final picturesque beach on this list is a tiny island in the Maldives called Meeru Island. This beautiful piece of land is a resort island that looks like something straight out of my dreams. There’s nothing quite like a calm, clear blue sea surrounded by palm trees and flour-soft sand. You could lay on the beach all day or just float all your troubles away. You might be feeling like this relaxing getaway isn’t in your future, but who knows, maybe one day you’ll have your toes in the sand of this dream beach!
