Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp of honey
1 lime sliced
1/2 cup of blackberries

Scoop the seeds from one of the passion fruits into the glass of a cocktail shaker. Add the vodka, passoa, lime juice and a handful of ice in a martini shaker. Shake well. Strain into 2 martini glasses and top up with prosecco.

Add a few lemon wheels for garnish. Top if off with 4 ounces of tequila and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. When serving, put the ice in tall glasses, and pour the Tequila Lemonade over the top. Top up with a splash of fizzy soda water. If you would like, garnish the glasses with a wheel of lemon, vanilla bean, and sprig of mint. Tropical paradise.

3 limes

In a large pitcher, combine white wine, sugar, lime juice, and triple sec until combined. In a tall glass layer blackberries, blueberries, kiwis, pineapple, mango, and strawberries. Pour wine mixture over fruit and serve! Yum.
