If you’ve ever visited Maryland, you know that tailgates are the best way to spend a weekend in the fall. Honestly, the tailgates are often times more fun than the game itself. Waking up early on a Saturday and knowing you have to be ready by 8 a.m. is a definitely a challenge, so planning outfits ahead of time for the game is a pretty good idea. Here are 10 adorable gameday outfits at the University of Maryland!
These can be found so many places; the bookstore, the shops on Route 1, even thrift stores! Pairing the jersey with a cute pair of boots and buying it oversized enough to be a dress is an easy option. If it’s later in the fall and getting cold, throw a long sleeved shirt on under the jersey and you’re set!

These are by far the easiest thing to throw on if you want to wear something different. There are multitudes of ways you can cut tops, varying from simply turning a t-shirt into a tank to making a crop top out of an oversized Terp shirt!

If you’re going last minute and don’t have any clothes with Testudo or Maryland written all over them, just grab something red or black and pair it with boots or converse for a simple look that will definitely fit in.

Saved the best for last! Spirit jerseys are so cozy and comfortable, but cute too! You can wear them with shorts or ripped up jeans for a super spirited look. University of Maryland’s bookstore carries one that’s school specific and says TERRAPIN on the back, Route 1 also carries a couple in their clothing stores.
