2. Finding New Ways To Entertain Yourself:
Now that we are confined to stay at home in order to slow the spread of COVID-19, being at home all day means finding new ways to entertain yourself when you don’t have any work to do and/or tired of being on your electronic devices. As a result, many people have posted on social media the various ways in which they have entertained themselves on social media as this one user did in the video (that went viral on Twitter) below.
3. Zoom Meetings From Home:
As a result of the pandemic, many people are currently working from home. Regardless of profession, many companies have had to conduct their meetings via Zoom instead of inside of a boardroom. With the way that the layout for Zoom Meetings consisting of 2 or more people looks like, everyone’s Zoom Meetings and/or chats definitely remind us of The Brady Brunch.
4. Rudy Gobert Shutting The Whole League Down Literally:
On March 11, The current NBA Season was suspended after Utah Jazz Player Rudy Gobert became the league’s first player to test positive for the disease. Although The NBA plans on resuming the season on July 30 in Orlando, many fans posted and created several funny (and savage) coronavirus memes.
As Gobert jokingly mocked about the coronavirus in a press conference days before testing positive, he has been the butt of many jokes and coronavirus memes on social media. Many savagely joked that Gobert should win his third consecutive NBA Defensive Player of The Year Award for shutting the entire NBA down LITERALLY!
5. The Houston Astros “Saw” The Signs:
Remember when the findings and subsequent aftermath of The Houston Astros Sign Stealing Scandal were one of the major events that had everyone talking before the coronavirus outbreak got worse? Well, it turns out none of the Houston Astros Players tested positive for the coronavirus as they “saw” the signs.

In all regards, the coronavirus is no laughing matter. However, this meme below was one of the coronavirus memes that had me on the floor dying of laughter. I bet 2020 is not a good time for Corona Beer advertising.
7. Extra Precautions When Leaving The House During The Pandemic:
Whenever people leave their houses to go out for essential purposes such as going to the grocery store, the doctor’s office, the bank, etc., we take extra precautions to make sure we don’t get the coronavirus while out. Besides wearing masks and gloves, perhaps we need to wear hazard suits too as this girl did in the photo below.
8. Explaining The Outbreak to Future Generations:
When most of us young adults become grandparents, it’s literally gonna be a whole web of information to untangle when explaining to our grandchildren how the Coronavirus Outbreak started and spread.
9. How Tangled Predicted the Coronavirus:
The 2010 Animated Film Tangled produced some of the most viral coronavirus memes that had people talking on social media. As I stated in one of my previous articles “10 Moments In Pop Culture That Predicted The Coronavirus”, it is the film’s plot that contains so many similarities to how we are living right now during the pandemic.

With social distancing measures being put into place, that means no massive gatherings to slow the spread of COVID-19. For anyone who had to cancel their birthday party due to the coronavirus pandemic, this meme below is for you guys.

Rudy Gobert’s positive coronavirus test resulted in the current NBA Season being suspended. This result in many other professional sports leagues around the world either canceled or suspended their seasons as well.
