Heat up your char grill or barbecue on medium high heat. Put prawns on skewers and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until prawns become red. Note, that if it’s too chilly this fall season for a barbecue, you can do this on your stove. Follow the same directions and heat your pan with a little bit of butter on medium high heat instead. Then, take your frying pan and add the sweet potato noodles. Cook while tossing lightly for 3 minutes or until soft. Place sweet potato noodles in a bowl to the side. Add your veggies to the pan and stir fry for 2 minutes. Make sure your pan is still on medium high heat for this. After your veggies begin to soften, add the potato noodles back into the pan with your sweet chili sauce.Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. - 4 plums, halved.
- ½ tsp of Italian spice blend
- 4 plums, halved and pits removed

Preheat your oven 375 F. With a sharp knife, cut slits into the thickest parts of the chicken. This will allow for the sauce and plum flavor to absorb while baking. Place your chicken in a bowl and add your oyster sauce, plum sauce and spice blend. Toss your chicken lightly to ensure all surfaces are thoroughly covered. Line your baking tray with baking paper. I typically use a glass baking dish for this instead. Arrange the chicken on your tray, making sure not to put the chicken too close together. Place your chicken in the oven and cook for 35 minutes or until your chicken is a beautiful golden brown. Now, add your plums! Add your plums to the baking tray and bake for another 10 minutes. Add your pak choy to the tray and bake for an additional 2 minutes. Be careful not to burn your pak choy, we just want it to wilt until it’s soft and tender. Serve over rice and enjoy.

Stir occasionally until the onions are soft and translucent. This should take around 5 minutes. Then, add your minced garlic and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. Add your 3 cups of broth and 1 cup of water. Cover and bring to a boil on your stove at medium high heat. Next, remove from heat and stir in your risotto. Cook until it is tender, ranging between 1 hour and 1 hour and 10 minutes. After you put your risotto on the stove, put your squash in your preheated oven. Sprinkle it with some salt and olive oil. Roast until your squash is tender and caramelizing with flavor. This usually takes anytime between 55 minutes to 1 hour. After your squash is baked through, stir in squash to your risotto, pouring the remainder of butter and broth over the mixture. Then, add parmesan and stir thoroughly for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add red pepper flakes and pepper. And watch your family clear their plates.
