8 Skin Care Products for Clear Skin
Like many of you, having clear skin is something that I have always struggled to have. I am here to help by giving you eight products that I have used that have helped me get clear skin.
1. Clean and Clear Oil Pads
Something that I have always hated is when my face is oily because when my face is oily I feel gross and oily. I first discovered clean and clear oil wipes from my mom and I thought it was gross because It was something I knew I would never need to use. Sadly, I was wrong on that account and quickly realized in my teens that oily skin was a problem for me. To help me with this problem I started to use the clean and clear oil pads. To me these oil pads are a miracle and have saved me from countless days of oily skin and feeling gross. With this said, these oil pads can get a little pricey and as a college student I am not a huge fan of pricey. If you are look for skin care products that will help you achieve clean and clear skin then this is perfect for you! When I get oil pad I buy the off brand pads at Walgreens and they work just as well!
2. Neutrogena Makeup Wipes
I believe that it is very important to have makeup wipes that do not irritate the skin. As someone with sensitive skin I have had problems with other makeup wipes causing more harm than good for my skin. Neutrogena’s makeup wipes are perfect for those with sensitive skin, they are nice and gentle on the skin. Other than this, it gets the job done and makes your face nice, clean, and makeup free. Neutrogena makeup wipes is one of my favorite go to skin care products.
3. Neutrogena Face Wash
Truthfully, I had not started to face my face in the shower till about a year or two ago because I have never really had a problem with ace. With this said, this is not the case for me now. I have only used a select few, but Neutrogena’s face wash has been one of my favorites. This face wash is nice and gentle for those who have sensitive skin. I think the only thing that I did not like is that like other face washes, this makes my face dry after using it. The face being dry is not a deal breaking though because once you pair is with a nice face lotion you face will be clean and clear!
4. Dove Liquid Soap
Not only is it important to have clear and healthy skin on your face, but also your entire body. I think that it is hard to find the skin care products that are compatible with your skin. I think that Dove’s liquid soap is compatible with all skin types. A lot of people like to use a bar of soap, but I prefer Dove’s liquid soap. I think that liquid soap is easier to use to wash your body with. My favorite kind to use is the green tea cucumber scent of soap because it leaves a light and clean scent. Dove soap is great because it is light and gentle on your skin and is great for people with sensitive skin.
5. Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream
After my face is dry from washing my face the first thing I do after I get out of the shower is put lotion on my dry face. For me I have found it hard to find the perfect face lotion that will not make my face gross and oily. Now I don’t know what I would do without Cetaphil as my skin care product. Finally, I found Cetaphil Moisturizing cream and for me it has worked wonders. Cetaphil’s moisturizing cream has helped me to combat my dry skin and after using it dry skin has no longer become a problem for me. Another good thing about this moisturizing cream is that is comes in a decent sized tub. Because of this I have been using the same tub of moisturizer for about a year, so it is definitely worth the purchase!
6. Dove Body Lotion
Another important thing for me is to make sure that my legs and hands aren’t dry because it drives me crazy. When I want to make sure that arms and legs are nice and moisturized, I use Dove’s body lotion. I like using Dove’s body lotion because it does not leave a weird sticky feeling like some lotions may do. Dove’s body lotion is perfect if you are looking for a nice lotion to keep your arms and legs from being dry.
7. Biore Charcoal Scrub
The newest facial scrub that I have started to use is the Biore Charcoal and Rose Quartz scrub. I believe that this product is new and when I saw it in Walgreens I couldn’t help but buy it. After using it for about a week I am really enjoying it because it is nice and light on the skin. For me something that I was not excepting was the cool and tingly feeling that it left on my skin. At first I was a little bit worried, but after looking at reviews I realized that this is something that is normal for those with sensitive skin. So far I am enjoying it and recommend it to anyone that is looking for a new skin care product.
8 . Eye Makeup Remover
Like many of you may know, make up wipes do not always get the job done when it comes to eye makeup. One of the biggest things that I have struggled with is getting all of my mascara and eyeliner off my eyes. After much frustration, I finally decided to try out Garnier’s cleansing water and I absolutely love it. When I use this, I usually put the cleansing water on a cotton pad or a Kleenex and then I wipe my eye makeup off. I do not always use this just for my eye makeup, but will use it to clean off all of my makeup. This cleansing water leaves your face feeling clean and refreshed and I absolutely love it!
