Healthy Breakfast Ideas To Kickstart Your Morning

I know I’m not stretching the truth when I say that everyone had heard the saying, “breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” It’s almost impossible that your parents, grandparents, teachers, friends, etc. hasn’t said this to you.

But it’s actually true. Kickstarting your morning with food is a great way to provide energy and it’s been linked to having better concentration and energy. That doesn’t mean that grabbing a granola bar or a sugary bowl of cereal is the best option. And frankly, it’s not the healthiest.

Basically you pour eggs into muffin tins that are mixed with your favorite veggies like spinach, tomatoes or mushrooms and bake them. It’s that simple. You can even top with a little bit of cheese if you’d like. Pop them in the microwave or eat them cold, either way they are quick, easy and delicious. Banana Pancakes

This healthy breakfast idea is great for weekends when we all want to indulge a little bit more. It’s still healthy but you won’t even know because of how delicious they taste. The best part is, these pancakes only require two ingredients! Combine together one egg and one banana. You can add cinnamon if you’d like too. Pour them onto a greased skillet over medium heat and cook up your pancakes. You can drizzle them with honey or agave but adding a little peanut butter on top takes them to the next level.
