It seems like all the best foods are crammed full of them, but if you’ve got cealiac disease, or are allergic to wheat, or (like me) are diabetic ingesting a large amount of carbs is the last thing you want to be doing. It’s lovely and moist with a whole lot of natural ingredients including coconut and obviously carrots.
