1. Chocolate
No, this doesn’t mean a binge on milk chocolate will do you any good. What it does mean is that if you have dark chocolate with 70% or higher cacao, you could see a little boost in your metabolism. Of course, moderation is key!
2. Coffee
The caffeine in coffee will actually give your metabolism a nice little pick-me-up. Coffee and tea will both do the trick, but don’t overdo it!
3. Jalapeños
The heat in jalapeños basically send a signal out to your hormones to increase your heart rate and start burning your calories and fat. Throw some on your salads or sandwiches for the extra burn.
