1. The Hills
The freshmen 15 is next to impossible to gain after a walk on JMU’s campus. These hills keep you toned and are your best friend/ worst nightmare.
2. East Campus Sunsets
Nothing is better then leaving ISAT with an insane burst of colors in the clouds. Your walk back to village has never looked better.
3. UREC (Sauna)
Sure, UREC is known for its beautiful machines, new pool and smoothies, but the sauna is something only A1 gyms contain.
4. Food Trucks
What’s better than a Starbucks, Fueled, and Nacho Papi on wheels? Nothing, the answer is nothing.
5. Greek Life/ Constant Partying
It’s called work hard play hard for a reason and JMU students get that going out friday night is no excuse for staying in Saturday day.

Festival is not just known for its grilled cheese, these nooks are the relaxation stations you need in your life.

10. Hiking trails are everywhere
I am sure by the time graduation comes around you’ve been on at least one hike or stood on two states at once.

Dunkin for when you’re in a hurry, but if you choose to dine in…get the Shannendoah salad with grilled chicken, you won’t regret it.
12. The Stacks
Ever wondered if you could study somewhere completely silent…to the stacks you go. It feels like an alternate universe, I wonder if anyone sleeps there?

The students aren’t the only nice people on campus, stop by the Showker POD and expect to here “of course ma’am!” and “Yes Sir!” while grabbing your coffee.

If you happen to stumble in to a game they’re actually pretty exciting and maybe you’ll get lucky and get hit by a streamer, or ten!

A week where we can all act like freshmen, roam Forrest and attempt to make it to trop smoothie for the 50% off deal to revive us.
16. Clubs on Clubs on Clubs
You want to print 3D? We got a club for that. Do you need some yoga to relax? We got a club for that. Do you care for the environment? We got an E.A.R.T.H. club for that.
17. Movie Theater
We are for sure ballin on a budget, but have you checked out Grafton on campus Theater? $3 movies, need I say more.
