Getting 8 hours of sleep is essential to a healthy lifestyle. If you go to bed earlier, even if just 15 minutes earlier than normal, your mind will be less groggy in the morning and you’ll be ready to face the day!

Exercising regularly helps relieve stress and keeps you healthy overall. It also gives you more energy, especially if you do it regularly, to get stuff done. There’s an added bonus to working out in the morning – it wakes you up AND sets the tone for the day; making for not only a productive morning, but a productive rest of the day!
