Add in your garlic, salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, hot sauce and tomatoes. Stir and reduce the heat. Simmer for 20 minutes. Combine the ingredients for your garlic aioli. Plate your potatoes and lightly drizzle with your salsa brava and garlic aioli. Garnish to your liking. Serve and enjoy.
