Add your noodles, cabbage and bean sprouts. Roll up halfway before laying your shrimp halves in. Carefully fold and crease your rice paper. Place some cilantro next to the shrimp. Keep rolling until it is a tight seal. Serve with your peanut sauce. Enjoy.
