1. Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

The first thing that comes to mind with this recipe is pink. Yes, this hot pink treat is packed full of superfoods. With the sweet taste of banana, raspberries, touch of vanilla and the refreshing taste of dragon fruit, this bowl will have you turning heads and leaving you wanting more. 

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 2 packets of dragon fruit, frozen
  • Coconut flakes ( for garnish)
  • Fresh fruit of your choice
  • Hemp seeds, lightly sprinkled
  • Granola of your choice

Directions

Begin by adding your frozen dragon fruit, raspberries, bananas, milk and protein powder to your blender. Set on high and blend until smooth and creamy. Note, if you want a smoother creamier texture, simply add a touch more milk. You can adjust the sweetness by adding more fruit. Pour your dragon fruit mixture into a bowl and top with your coconut flakes, fruit, hemp seeds and granola. Serve and enjoy.

  • 1 banana
  • `½ cup plain yogurt ( note, vanilla yogurt works great for this too)
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 sprinkle coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup banana, sliced
  • 1 light sprinkle chia seeds
  • Additional toppings of your choice

Directions

Begin by adding your wet ingredients to the blender, including your yogurt and milk. Add in the remaining fruit including your blueberries and banana. Blend until smooth and creamy. You can always just adjust the texture, if the mixture is too thick try adding a teaspoon of water to break up the consistency. If it is too liquid like, try adding a dash of milk. Pour into a bowl and arrange your toppings, including your blueberries, banana slices and chia seeds. Serve and enjoy.

3. Strawberry Banana Bowl

  • ⅓ cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 sprinkle chia seeds
  • 2 tsp maca powder
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • Chocolate granola
  • Peanut butter

Directions

Take your blender and add your almond milk, bananas, cocoa powder, peanut butter, protein powder and maca powder. Blend until smooth and creamy. Note, you won’t want to add as much milk to this recipe, considering that peanut butter is a natural thickener. You might want to start lighter on the milk at first so you don’t create your smoothie bowl overly thick. Garnish with your granola, chia seeds and banana slices. Serve and enjoy.
