When it comes to dressing up for a night out it’s all about you. Showing of your own style and your own flare. But when it comes to bars I don’t expect anyone to dress up like they’re going to a club or they’re about to walk the red carpet in an elegant gown and six inch heels. A night out at a bar should be something simple and casual with a little bit of uniqueness to show off who you are or at least that’s what I’ve learned. I remember having a friend who dressed like she was walking down the runway every day in haute couture fashion and every time we went out people’s faces were in shock. To save you from those awkward stares and shocked faces keep reading for 5 different outfit combinations to wear to the bar!
This first look is what I like to call the girl next door inspired by Selena Gomez. This outfit consists of a simple plain, long sleeved, fitted crop top, a knee length, high waisted pleated skirt, a pair of comfortable flats to keep your feet from aching at the end of your night, and last but not least, a black messenger back to keep your items packed away and right at your side. What you want to do with your make up is up to you. Personally I’d wear a neutral eye look and maybe a subtle lip color, but a dark lip color and eye look would look gorgeous as well. It’s all about your personal spin on this look.

This chic look is a cozy outfit that consists of blue jeans, a purple thin strapped tank, beige cardigan and scarf (incase it’s a chilly night,) and a pair of beige lace up wedges. This is an outfit perfect for someone who enjoys taking a simple look and dressing it up with minimal effort. I’d dress this look up with maybe a simple messy bun, with a neutral or warm toned make up and a nude lip.

This next look is my personal go to style on a daily bases. This simple look is perfect for anyone who has or likes wearing a ‘skater’ style. This look consists of a denim button up dress, a plaid top (which personally I like to use as a waist accessory,) and last but not least-a pair of black vans. For makeup I’d go with a bold lip and a dramatic eyeliner but if keeping it simple is what you prefer most I say go for it!

This next look is as simple as simple gets. But it still manages to look stylish and perfect for a night out to the bar. Because of how simple it is, the possibilities of accessorizing are endless. This adorable look is made up of a denim top, a pair of white jeans, a bralette, and a pair of Keds sneakers. – Because of how simple this outfit is your makeup choices and hair choices are endless also. Personally I’d wear my hair in a high pony tail, keep my eye makeup subtle and wear maybe a soft lip color or a bright red.

This final look is for those who like to shine above the crowd. This style I like to call “Beautiful Bold”- and it consists of a printed dress, a cardigan, thigh-high socks, and a pair of lace-up heel boots. Makeup wise I’d style this with a cat-eye liner, a bit of eyeshadow, and a bold lip color to match!
In the end the way you want to dress is all up to you and your own individual style. These are just a few ideas of what you can wear- but take them, make them your own, and add your personal style and flare so you can express yourself in a unique way.
