Directions

Directions

Start by peeling your cucumber into strips. About ⅛ inch thin slices. Place your slices on a paper towel and lightly season with your salt. Wait 15 to 30 minutes before patting dry with a paper towel. Next, in a medium bowl, mix your cream cheese, mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder and salt.
