There’s nothing quite like abandoning a sport you’ve played your entire life. This feeling; this crazy, lonely, torturous feeling that leaves you lost and clinging hopelessly for every last bit athleticism you have left in you. Falling into the NARP (Non-athletic regular person) category for the first time in your life can be a scary thing, so here is a list of relatable moments that hopefully leave you feeling a little less alone in your time of need.

1. Actually having to make time to work out.

2. Learning how to work out alone, among the other NARPs.
