At this point, most of us have been hunkered down at home for quite some time, and it seems like we might be in it for the long-run. Quarantine can be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be! Since we are nearing the summer months, a blanket might seem like an unnecessary addition. However, weighted blankets come with countless proven benefits, such as easing anxiety and insomnia, fighting stress, and improving focus, which are problems that everyone seems to be dealing with right now. So next time you you got the quarantine blues, try curling up under a weighted blanket for a few minutes and judge these promised benefits for yourself!

Ever since all the gyms closed down, and social distancing became more enforced, exercise options seemed to drastically decrease.
