It’s almost that time of year when your parents come to visit and see all the exciting things happening at your school during Kent Parents’ Weekend. It’s always enjoyable to show your parents around your campus, but it’s more exciting to show them around your college town, because it shows them your experience off-campus life, as well. Kent, Ohio is a historical town that continues to grow and bring in boutiques, coffee shops, book stores, bars, and restaurants. Instead of taking your parents to eat at one of the dining halls on campus or to a fast food chain, here are 15 restaurants you can take them to give them a taste of your new home during Kent Parents’ Weekend.
