15 Foods You Need to Be Eating to Get Your Hot Girl Summer Body

Summer is coming up and now is the time to start eating right for that summer body. It is hard to know which foods are best for nourishing your bod but I have 15 foods that are easy to make for a meal or grab for a snack.

1. Chicken breasts

Chicken has a great source of amino acids and lean protein. Both protein and amino acids help build muscle tissue and maintain bone mineral density (which is important as we age). Chicken is linked to higher levels of serotonin which makes you feel good. Chicken makes you look good and feel good!

2. Eggs

Eggs are another amazing protein rich nutrient. They are low in calorie, keeping you looking lean. Also, eggs have a great source of vitamin D (boosts your immune system and creates good bone health). The yolk is supposed to benefit your eyes. The only thing you have to watch out for is the high cholesterol.

3. Avocados

Avocados are good for digestion, blood pressure, heart, vision and pregnancy. Do you struggle with going to the bathroom? Avocados have a lot of fiber, so you won’t have issues if you eat them. Avocados are filled with potassium, which helps your blood pressure and lowers your sodium levels. Fat is good for your heart and avocados have beta sitosterol, which lowers your cholesterol levels. For your vision, lutein and zeaxanthin are 2 antioxidants that are good for your eyes. They protect from UV light damage. Lastly, avocados are good for protecting against birth defects in the brain and spine.

4. Almonds

Almonds are good for lowering your bad cholesterol and are a good alternative to dairy. They still build your bones just as well sa milk does. You can grab almond milk or almond butter if you don’t like plain almonds. They are high calorie, so don’t chow down.

5. Walnuts

Walnuts have a lot of antioxidants than any other common nut. They are a great source of Omega-3 (an essential fat from your diet). Your summer body will be poppin because it promotes a healthy gut. It reduces inflammation throughout your body, making you less bloated. Lastly, they make your brain want junk food less, keeping your weight down.

They do contain tryptophan, which makes your body feel good, improve your mood, relax, and lessen your anxiety.

Mercury is a toxic metal that comes in different forms within the environment.
