Summer is coming up and now is the time to start eating right for that summer body. It is hard to know which foods are best for nourishing your bod but I have 15 foods that are easy to make for a meal or grab for a snack.

For your vision, lutein and zeaxanthin are 2 antioxidants that are good for your eyes. They protect from UV light damage. Lastly, avocados are good for protecting against birth defects in the brain and spine.
Almonds are good for lowering your bad cholesterol and are a good alternative to dairy. They still build your bones just as well sa milk does. You can grab almond milk or almond butter if you don’t like plain almonds. They are high calorie, so don’t chow down.
Walnuts have a lot of antioxidants than any other common nut. They are a great source of Omega-3 (an essential fat from your diet). Your summer body will be poppin because it promotes a healthy gut. It reduces inflammation throughout your body, making you less bloated. Lastly, they make your brain want junk food less, keeping your weight down.
This fruit is great for your gut. It has high fiber, making your bowel function well and reduces bloating. Bananas are an energy booster, which is important for your long summer days or workouts. They do contain tryptophan, which makes your body feel good, improve your mood, relax, and lessen your anxiety.
This antioxidant rich vegetable is great for protecting yourself from aging, inflammation, and diseases. Asparagus has high fiber, which helps your digestion. Another great fact about asparagus is that it can help you lose weight. You can eat of lot of asparagus for very little calories, which is great for snackers.
