13 Aromatherapy Sprays For Peaceful Rest

Having trouble sleeping? Try aromatherapy. Our sense of smell is so strong, that certain smells have the ability to cause physical changes to our body. Scents like lavender have the ability to slow down our heart rates, lower blood pressure, and put our bodies in a relaxed state. Here are 13 aromatherapy sprays to try for peaceful rest.
