Yes, you can! At least more than a month before a major break, emails and reminders are sent to students that they can apply for an extension for free, so that they have access to their residence hall. In that time, students can stay at their dorm during vacation breaks. This is done with no additional cost, unless the deadline has been surpassed. There is always plenty of time to apply, so I would suggest to go ahead and do the extension, even though you may not be in residence hall over the break. Learn more about it here!
There are mailboxes for each room, which all have a combination code. Also, you can pick up deliveries from the lobby or front desk of the residence hall. So, feel welcome to order and online shop all you want! Learn more about this here!
Each floor of a residence hall has around 2 to 3 Resident Assistants, who you can communicate with about anything. They want to be your friend and make you feel welcome! There’s security and managers in the building as well. Everyone is pretty helpful. Read more about it here!
