10 Different Essential Oils Blends To Add To Your Diffuser

Essential oils have so many great health benefits. They can help relieve stress and anxiety, help prevent sicknesses, get rid of headaches, and so much more. My favorite way to use essential oils is to diffuse them. Not only do you get the great aromatherapy benefits, but it will make your space smell great too.

You can buy a diffuser at Target, Amazon, Walmart, or anywhere that sells essential oils. To use, you plug it in, fill it with water, and add a few drops of your oils. Keep reading for 10 ideas of different blends you should try out. Please note – all oils mentioned today are from the brand Young Living, but you can purchase any of these from different brands. Just make sure they are 100% pure essential oil before purchasing!

1. Peppermint Oil, Lemon Oil, and Lavender Oil

This blend of essential oils is great to diffuse when you are having allergies. Lavender and Peppermint oils are great for reducing inflammation, and Lemon can assist with reducing congestion and clearing sinuses.

I recommend doing equal parts of each oil, two drops of each should be perfect!

2. Vetiver Oil, Lavender Oil, and Cedarwood Oil

This blend is my holy grail for sleep. I diffuse it almost every night. Lavender is a very popular oil to use for sleep, as it helps to lower the heart rate and reduce anxiety. Adding Cedarwood and Vetiver oils to the mix will take it to the next level. Cedarwood is said to have natural sedative qualities, and Vetiver is amazing for relieving stress at the end of the day.

If you are an avid Anthropologie shopper, then you probably have heard of the volcano candle. If you have not, it is basically a super popular candle scent from Anthropologie, but it is on the pricier side. Luckily, this blend of essential oils is an amazing dupe for that scent. The recipe for this one is 5 drops of Grapefruit, 5 of Orange, 4 of Lime, 3 of Geranium and 3 of Northern Lights Black Spruce.

6. Stress Away Oil Blend and Cinnamon Bark Oil

Here is another candle dupe for you guys. Bath and Body Works has always been my favorite place to shop candles and my number 1 favorite candle is Cinnamon Spiced Vanilla. I burn this one year round, and if you have never smelt it, it smells like cinnamon sugar donuts.

This blend only consists of two oils; stress away and cinnamon bark. Stress Away is a special blended oil, which is made up of Copaiba, Lime, Cedarwood, Vanilla, Ocotea, and Lavender. It is a great oil blend to have in your collection because it is great for so many different things.
